14 Year Resident! The location is very convenient. Grocery stores, banks, gas stations and some entertainment are all in close proximity. I have lived here for nearly 14 years now. Problems are minimal and upper management focuses on them. You really can't beat the price and I would recommend renting at Cinnamon Ridge.
